WELLNESS RETREAT
All delicious healthy vegetarian and or vegan meals using organic ingredients where ever possible. During your stay you will start to detox from sugar and all the unhealthy stuff. You can choose if you want your retreat to focus more on detoxing from other things like caffeine and opt for all raw salads, juices etc. The level of detox is up to you.
All main meals of the day will be at lunchtime, provided by What You Eat Cafe in Bright. Here is what some of our guests had to say about the food...

spicy lentil and chickpea veggie burger with roasted vegetables, tomato, cheddar cheese served with polenta chips and housemade chutney
mung bean and lentil dahl served with quinoa roti, lemon and yoghurt
japanese style mushroom and udon noodle soup with tofu and spring onion
